This is Chatia Rume (Chay-sha Roo-may)
Gijinka of the #legendofzeldarpda chatroom.
Technically, you could represent any dA chatroom as a gijinka in a similar way, but this one is somewhat tailored to our chatroom (the triforce design on her legs=Zelda, the red hair clips and blue eyes are the reed and blue bullets in the chatroom title, the 15 rectangles on her outfit are the 15 non-banned privilege classes.

Personality: spontaneous, hyperactive, easily distracted. potentially can take anything as an innuendo.
Can catch a "real" version of either typoitis or the common /me (former, she stutters and can't talk right, latter she's stuck talking in third-person)
