Spazzout V2

The old one was so badly animated that it wasn't even funny. The "hands" duplicated themselves so by the third frame it had three sets of hands

After HOW many years I gave it an update, so that the animation actually looks like movement, and added an extra step in the animation between high, middle, and low. 

I am not an animator and I don't aspire to be. but something possessed me long ago to make this thing and I needed to fix the dark sins of my past.
