Gray skies- Kaami

I did another picture similar to this, except it was mostly done in gray and I didn't like it as much. and it was a different person in the background and I didn't use watercolors.

Both of them were drawn with my waterproof brushpen (it's a pen.... but in brush form so you can do calligraphic-like work with it) and then colored in later with water-based pigments. This one i used regular watercolors for the colored bits and a gray wash made with non-waterproof ink for the background.

(the other one was basically the same, only no watercolors, the girl (whose name was Miika, how original right?) was colored witht he same gray wash as the background, only layered multiple times to create darker shades.)

Character? I have no idea. I just drew cause I was pissed at Jim at the time (this was Sunday I think)
